Bad Day Bookkeeper
I woke up with a tummy ache, got out of bed and into the shower. Fell over in the shower. Got dressed and my cat Bella attacked me (I have puncture wounds). Walked out to my car and discovered a flat tyre. Took the spare car which broke down on the middle of Pitt st. Called NRMA and after waiting half an hour they called and asked me to turn the key and tell them what the car was doing. The car started, I sounded so stupid. So I went to park in underground parking, where my car then stalled at the boom gate and wouldn’t start again. I had to roll through the car park in neutral until I found a park and then push it (BY MYSELF) into the space. Then I got locked in the stair well getting out of the car park. When I finally got to my clients I got off on the wrong floor - twice. When I finally got to the office everyone was in a meeting and all of the log ons / passwords had changed, I have been moved to a different computer and I look suspicious because my eyes are blood shot from crying hysterically at 9 am this morning. Now I want to throw up because I feel like I’ve disappointed the client, I’m worried my car wont start this afternoon and I wont be able to get it out of the car park and back to the office in time for a meeting.
Today is Friday the 13th and I am superstitious.
I’ll be back on top of things tomorrow, in the meantime, sympathy anyone?

Hahaha! I know I shouldnt be laughing at your misfortune but that is hilarious! It almost makes me superstitious. Nice dedication to the job, I would have gone back to bed after the flat tyre... you deserve a raise!

Yes Kate, I got out of the car park ok, but it was touch and go the whole way! I had the rev the guts out of the poor thing to avoid stalling it again! Disaster
