The Small Business Time Trap

As the newest member of Abacus, I am in the process of finding my feet and figuring out how I fit in to the grand scheme of things. My background relates to helping people see connections between systems, processes communication styles and people -so my musing will most likely about how business owners can affect their bottom line through how they interact with their people.
